You Are Loved is an affirmation and an art project. I made this series with the idea of exploring what it means to love myself. To really know that I am loved because I have me, would be a true life achievement. We are our own worst critics. Dealing with insecurities and self-doubt is tough and anyone who wants to be the best person they can be will want to figure out why. When I think or say the words “I love myself” I blush every single time. What is that feeling and how can I use it to better understand the lack of love I have for myself?
